Advanced Modular LNG Processing

Initial Capacity

100–150 Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day (MMSCFD), with proven modular design enabling future expansion toward multi-million tonne per annum scale.

State-of-the-Art Technology

Powered by the latest modular liquefaction systems from Sichuan Shudao Equipment & Technology Co. Ltd (SSET), specialists in natural gas liquefaction plants up to 6 million Nm³/day capacity.

End-to-End LNG Production Process

Gas Pretreatment

Comprehensive impurity removal (CO₂, H₂S, mercury, water, and heavy hydrocarbons) using advanced absorption, regeneration, molecular sieve dehydration, and mercury removal units — ensuring feed gas meets strict liquefaction specifications.

Liquefaction

Cryogenic cooling to approximately –162°C via efficient refrigeration cycles, transforming natural gas into a stable, energy-dense liquid suitable for storage and long-distance transport.

Fractionation & Value-Added Products

Recovery of natural gas liquids (NGLs), ethane, propane, butane, and condensates to maximize economic returns and resource utilization.

This core capability is accelerated by our $700 million MoU and Financing Term Sheet with Securo Investment Group (signed January 2026), providing the financial foundation for the initial 100 MMSCFD facility and positioning Akwa Ibom as an emerging LNG production hub in West Africa.
