Initial Processing Capacity

100–150 Million Standard Cubic Feet per Day (MMSCFD), enabling the production of premium LNG for export and domestic use.

Recent Milestone: $700 Million Financing Agreement

In January 2026, we signed a landmark $700 million MoU and Financing Term Sheet with Securo Investment Group (UAE-based) at Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week. This funding supports the development of our initial 100 MMSCFD LNG facility, underscoring strong international confidence in our project.

The deal strengthens Nigeria’s gas export ambitions, promotes cleaner global energy solutions, and positions Akwa Ibom as an emerging LNG hub through collaboration with partners like UAE, alongside our strategic alliances with China Tianchen Engineering Corporation (TCC), H. Sterling Group, and Sichuan Shudao Equipment & Technology Co. Ltd (SSET).
